Riverside County home prices up as SoCal market rebounds

The median price of a Riverside County home rose by 3.6% in April, compared to the same month a year ago, helping Southern California rebound from its first sales-price dip in seven years, according to figures released last week.

According to the CoreLogic real estate information service, the median price of a Riverside County home was $390,000 in April, up from $376,500 in April 2018. A total of 3,681 homes were sold in the county, down 3.3% from 3,805 during the same month a year ago.
