Menifee senior League softball organization has Major League feel to it

The Menifee Valley Upper Division Senior Softball League's upcoming season is scheduled to start Monday, Aug. 26.

With games played on replica Major and Minor League Baseball fields, which also includes an upcoming player draft, the Menifee Valley Upper Division Senior Softball League is something that may be right up local players' alleys. The games are played at the Big League Dreams Sports Park in Perris, every Monday morning for seniors 55 and older. Players turning 55 in 2020 are eligible to play in the fall 2019 season. Out-of-area teams have the option of playing once a week or playing doubleheaders every other week.
