VTV: Tourism in Temecula reaches $1 billion mark

Amongst the accomplishments of the past year lauded by the speakers during Visit Temecula Valley's State of Tourism meeting Thursday, June 20, none were more powerful than the announcement indicating that Temecula Valley had reached the $1 billion mark in tourism economic impact.

"Today, Visit Temecula Valley is happy to announce a record-setting 2018 visitor spend of – wait for it – $1.1 billion by a record 3.4 million visitors with an increase of 26.1%," Visit Temecula Valley Chairman Scott Wilson said. "I mean that's just amazing folks."
