Operation Empty Cages organizes spays and neuter clinic in Anza

This pup waits quietly while his owner signs him up for a neutering appointment at the Operation Empty Cages Spay and Neuter Clinic at the Anza Community Hall Saturday, June 29.

The Operation Empty Cages Spay and Neuter bus paid a visit to Anza Saturday, June 29. The event was held in the Anza Community Hall parking lot and veterinarians altered, chipped and vaccinated dozens of small to medium-sized dogs amid the Anza Days festivities.

Rumors on social media had implied a change of location for the event, due to the Anza Days parade and pancake breakfast held at the Community Hall, but the bus arrived on time and on location as planned.
