Adelphi University announces dean's list

NEW YORK – A select group of students has been named to the fall 2018 dean’s list at Adelphi University.

Madison Schimek of Murrieta is studying communications.

Austin Beech of Murrieta pursuing a degree in marketing.

Emily Yoon of Temecula is majoring in biology.

Adelphi University’s dean of arts and sciences, education, business, nursing, social work and psychology recognizes superior academic work every semester. The dean’s list comprises full-time students-registered for 12 or more credits, who have completed at least nine graded credits and achieved a GPA of 3.5 or above for the semester. The recognition becomes part of the student’s academic record and is entered into the individual’s transcript.
