Lake Elsinore Problem Oriented Policing Team, SWAG makes progress

The Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station’s Problem Oriented Policing Team is making a difference in the lives of homeless people living within the city’s limits, according to Sgt. Glenn Warrington.

In conjunction with the Social Workers Action Group, or SWAG, and the city of Lake Elsinore, a recent operation in May saw the groups help nine people begin the journey toward ending the cycle of homelessness during the month of May.
