FUN Group donates to Trona following quake

During the Cranston Fire over a year ago, many organizations came together to help those cut off from consistent power for 10 days.

Using the Anza Community Hall as a main base, urgent supplies were received and disbursed to needy people in an effort spearheaded by Community Hall members, the Anza Electric Cooperative, local churches and nonprofits and the Friends Uniting Neighbors group.

When the magnitude 6.4 and magnitude 6.9 earthquakes shook the Ridgecrest area in early July, members of the FUN group and Living Hope Church felt the calling to pay all the Cranston Fire generosity forw...
