Menifee City Council adopts zone change for 65 single-home development

The Menifee City Council in its July 17 regular meeting adopted zone changes and vesting tentative tract for 65 single-family residential homes planned on 17 acres at the southeast corner of Bradley and Holland roads in the city.

The home tract, in the Paloma Valley High School area, will include minimum lot sizes of 7,200 square feet with two HOA-maintained open space lots for a paseo and a pocket park with picnic tables and barbecue grills and two landscaped lots for city access and city maintained trails. The park is not intended for public use according to the developer.
