TEMECULA – Bluewater Grill in the heart of Temecula Wine Country has announced the following monthly tasting and holiday specials in September and October.

Bluewater Grill will celebrate National Beer Lover's Day all day Sept. 7. Pints of High Spot draft beer are available for the Happy Hour price of $5 all day, Sept. 7 only.

"Taste of Spain" will be featured for the Second Tuesday Tasting Sept. 10, from 6:30-10 p.m. Bluewater celebrates the seafood legacy of Spain by combining its own version of paella, made with rice, saffron, seafood and shellfish, with a seafood tapas starter and wines from the country's famous grape-growing regions.

The cost of the tasting event is $40 per person, a $13 savings off the regular $53 menu price. The same meal without the wine pairing is available for $40 from Sept. 11-30.

National Lobster Day will be celebrated all day Sept. 25. Celebrating their New England roots, Bluewater owners and chefs pair a steaming Bluewater lobster roll – the iconic Maine delicacy consisting of fresh made lobster salad consisting of chunks of Maine lobster meat, light mayonnaise, chopped celery and finely diced onion stuffed in a butter-grilled "East Coast-style" brioche bun – with a cup of housemade New England clam chowder for just $20. That's an $8.50 savings off the menu price.

Celebrating their New England roots, Bluewater owners and chefs pair a steaming Bluewater lobster roll – the iconic Maine delicacy consisting of fresh made lobster salad consisting of chunks of Maine lobster meat, light mayonnaise, chopped celery and finely diced onion stuffed in a butter-grilled "East Coast-style" brioche bun for National Lobster Day, Sept. 25.

"Bluewater Seafood Boil" will be featured for the Second Tuesday Tasting Oct. 8, from 6:30-10 p.m. A seafood boil describes any number of regional food and social events in which just-boiled shellfish is the main ingredient. Bluewater's version combines boiled clams, mussels and shell-on shrimp with one-half an Alaskan snow crab, spicy kielbasa sausage, corn on the cob and red potatoes. Guests are given a bib and crab cracker to fully enjoy the celebration.

The Oct. 8 feast is paired with two glasses of hand-selected white wine for $40. The same meal without the wine pairing is available for $40, from Oct. 9-31.
