4 graduate Air Force basic training

JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas – U.S. Air Force Airman Dylan P. Clark, Airman Jaime A. Bedolla and Airman Joshua B. Cantong and Airman 1st Class Maryjun Denise C. Mejia graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland in San Antonio, Texas.

Clark is the son of Kevin Clark of Wildomar and Kristin Lehigh of Perris, grandson of James Clark of Mammoth Lakes and nephew of Glenna Nabuda of Long Beach. He is a 2018 graduate of Elsinore High School in Wildomar.

Mejia is a 2018 graduate of Great Oak High School in Temecula.

Bedolla is the son of Jaime Bedolla Lemus and Sugeria Hernandez of Wildomar. He is a 2018 graduate of Ortega High School in Lake Elsinore.

Cantong is the son of Sharon K. Cantong of Canyon Lake. He is a 2018 graduate of Vista Murrieta High School in Murrieta.

The airmen completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate degree in applied science through the Community College of the Air Force.
